Equine Market Watch (Sanctuaries) UK was registered as a UK charity on 16th June 2006.Created by two friends, Elaine Tasker and Siobhan Lord who were concerned by the welfare conditions at horse markets.The charity has a board of seven trustees as well as a dedicated band of volunteers.
